Pricing is great but other management programs are now offering similar features and for a couple dollars more or near the same amount you get the downloads. Also, the limitation on employee logins, our offices turn around is low but it is a hasle creating/deleting new users. Sentry is not the only system we have used in the past. The real difference is when you require customer service. This is where Sentry stands out. They have the best and fastest response time. As far as the system itself is concerned it has everything we need and things we did not know we needed. Since I can understand it, it is extremely easy to use and to make your own with some of the customization options available. And it is constantly being upgraded so it is not left behind other new systems introduced into the market.
