Excellent tutorial videos to help you get started quickly. Easy customization. Fantastic customer support that reaches out to ensure you don't have any questions. The ability to request clients track their own metrics: weight, height, circumference, sleep, food, water intake, physical activity, and more\! As a Doctor of Physical Therapy who owns a cash-based virtual business and provides wellness services, Healthie allows me to capture information about physical activity, food, and sleep for a complete wellness experience for the client. The client portal is also user-friendly and allows me to communicate within the Healthie app via text, PDF, or video. > > **Inconvénients**: I don't like that clients have to purchase a package in order to make a payment. I would like clients to be able to schedule a single appointment without me having to setup a special package for the one appointment.
