> **Avantages**: Ease of use and ability to make it fit our needs for check in process.  They were able to listen to what we wanted and custom make a website that tied into the check in system.  That is what is display on the TV's in our lobby so clients can see where their place in line is and status.

> **Inconvénients**: No real complaint but automatic reports sometime is hard to clear out.
> 
> We initially got this product for COVID screening and temp scanning but we have been able to move away from that and make this a self check-in system to help speed up the clients experience and cut down wait time.
