Makes it easy to use and figure out solutions by yourself without always needing to watch a tutorial or calling customer service. When you do need to call customer service everyone is always super helpful and friendly. Another great thing about 2020 is they do Webinars on different aspects of design (lighting, rendering, etc.) I try to be apart of as many of them as I can. Even though I know most of what they are talking about I always find one to two new ways to enhance by designs that I didn't know about before. > > **Inconvénients**: My least favorite thing about 2020 is when it gets too 'loaded down" with changes to textures and adding in pieces from the cloud to finish the design. It's like it can't handle the memory aspect of the changes and sometimes the system will crash. > > 2020 is so helpful with clients, showing them designs and being able to take them into the space and really visualize what their room(s) will look like in the end.
