Every Magento instance becomes unique and different from each other which sometimes has to be debugged. Extensions can cause conflicts with each other, it's just Magento's nature. I can't stress the importance of understanding this point. It's not a con on magestore but an important thing to consider. As the developer managing day to day running of the Magento site I am grateful for the helpful support of the Magestore team if needed when carrying out Magento upgrades, or if issues occur. I have always found them very responsive when needed (which is not often) and willing to carry out patches and customizations when required. Our store staff have always found the frontend easy to use in a busy store 7 days a week. > > **Inconvénients**: I am in a different time zone to the support team, which occasionally causes some short delay in response. This is the "free" plugin and when you ask for support they will try to get you to buy support. Makes no sense unless fraud. > > Wasted three weeks of time. Spoke to sasles agent \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], she disappered with no alternate contact, and reappeared later saying she was sick. So we decided to test the POS solution using the free plugin and it didn't work. Just loops the login page. Total waste of time. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] then tried to make some money off our frustration by asking us to pay for support to fix their application which doesn't work as designed. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company. it's clear they cannot fully deliver. They can't even deliver the basics they say are already in production nor can they afford to maintain it so it stays in production.
