> **Avantages**: Something I've found working with my team during reviews is that the younger staff won't have the same familiarity with the codes that the senior staff do. The searchability of the text has helped those out. Less pressure on the senior staff.

> **Inconvénients**: A blessing and a curse - now I want to do all the reviews in this means. It seems that not all states are covered making me go back to the older ways of looking up code. Wish I could just use this for every project.

> Saved a substantial amount of time. Refreshing take on an old industry.

Also, has helped get a lot of our younger architects get quickly familiarized with the codes .
