Inability to filter and print debtors bills by date range (unless I haven't found that yet). Tutorials on how to get the most out of the software, ie. advanced features, etc. Time clocking - being able to see who is clocked onto what job from the jobs screen. Quite often we forget to clock off a job and don't realise until the next day.
