> **Inconvénients**: Reporting limitations.  Want/need a view of performance at line level.

> Generally good, no issue of the quality of product recommendations, disappointed fairly frequently data rollup fails (so half a days data is missing for up to 72 hours) but Rich Relevance do not advise that this happens upfront, I need to raise a ticket each time causing unnecessary admin - have noted my concerns but was advised that Rich Relevance do not have the resource to communicate when this issue occurs.
