> **Inconvénients**: Customers found it difficult to use and often had to contact us for help.

> OpenPlay was a good option for online booking, initially they had very good customer service and were able to help with set up and issues. Certain elements of the package were never set up \& OpenPlay then moved away from offering the package we used so we had to find a new booking system.

The dashboard is a great tool and the information you can pull from it is very useful.  Antonio is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble\!
