I love how fast it was to implement and how easy it is to manage. I also loved how quickly we could create beautiful signatures and deploy them across the entire organization. > > **Inconvénients**: The templates were a little trick to figure out at first. Spacing felt awkard, the HTML is a bit awkward. Creating new templates doesn't feel as "drag and drop" as I'd like. > > We feel like we're getting a very good product at a very fair price. Once it was set up, it has been super useful and requires little to no management. And most importantly, it helps our brand shine\! ----- ### "Love CodeTwo\!\!" — 5.0/5 > **Shane** | *9 septembre 2026* | Transport routier/ferroviaire | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It was easy to setup and it works very well. I had no issues getting it to work properly on the Microsoft 365 tenant. Email and outlook integration work well. The sent items preview is also a plus. I haven't needed to contact support yet but I'm sure that is spot on too. Dealing with customers that have iphones and windows pc's CodeTwo makes signatures across the devices a breeze, especially when customers decide to change logo's often or add banners for sales teams. > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing really, the only thing that could be made a little easier is the custom design area of the web portal. The tables and setting things up aren't too bad but seem kind of tedious to get it just right. Also adding elements to custom signatures could be better like "|" pipe symbols to separate sides of signatures. > > Excellent\!\! Price and product are solid\!\! CodTwo is my go to recommendation for all of my customers. From the ease of setup and how well it works and the great pricing.. there is no competition in my opinion. ----- ### "Aggressive Support Teams" — 3.0/5 > **Utilisateur vérifié** | *9 octobre 2020* | Services et technologies de l'information | Taux de recommandation : 2.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Has a couple of features that Exclaimer Cloud Signatures don't have. > > **Inconvénients**: The support teams are aggressive and even though I have vast experience with Office 365 and Exchange, when asking for help, their support are not helpful and make it seem like it my fault rather than their fault. I have moved up the support levels and the experience did not improve. They also don't treat their resellers well. > > I don't like the set up of the software and the fact that you need to have an install of the software to design the signatures. This often doesn't work properly. The signatures often go down and you have open the software and reconnect to allow it to work again. This means you either have to remote into the machine that the software is loaded on or drive to the work. I have also found that the delivery of the mails is often very slow through their servers and can sometimes have to wait for 15 to 30 mins for the mails to go through. Their support says that this is impossible. ----- ### "Awesome, no-stress signature management" — 5.0/5 > **Edson** | *24 septembre 2026* | Produits alimentaires | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Easy for tech staff to deploy, easier for marketing staff to manage. Turnaround time to get signatures updated is a few hours. > > **Inconvénients**: The product is solid I have not come across any turnoffs thus far and we have been using it for ourselves and customers since 2019 ----- Page : 1/24\ Suivant: [Page suivante](https://www.capterra.lu/software/171491/email-signatures-for-office-365?page=2) ## Liens - [Afficher sur Capterra](https://www.capterra.lu/software/171491/email-signatures-for-office-365) ## Cette page est disponible dans les langues suivantes. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | tr | | ----- ## Données structurées
