> **Avantages**: SharpLaunch gave our "properties" tab a far more aesthetically pleasing, functional, efficient and streamlined look. Like many other commercial realtors, our site used to just be a grid of property thumbnails. Now we have a map and a ton more navigation features that vastly increase the browsing experience of prospective buyers.

> **Inconvénients**: The truth is that it's a little pricey because you have to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the number of listings your firm has. Our firm has a lot, but we're not a large corporate operation so it was a fairly large expenditure for us. That said, they were very amenable to putting together a package that worked for us and we get a lot for what we're paying - including continuing IT support, which is important for a firm with a lot of technically inept staff. It has been worth the investment for us.

> Their customer service has been excellent. It took a huge amount of coordination to migrate all our information from our very dated old site over to the SharpLaunch platform. They were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process.
