> **Avantages**: Our cusotmers of course appreciate the increased return rate. For us, the software really decreased the amount of time and effort we have to put into matching found property with their owners. That gives us so much more time to serve our cusotmers. The features I'd like to point out are image recognition (take a picture of an item and the technology actually recognizes and categorizes it), automatic matching of items and owners and the return portal (shipping + payment).
