A confirmed 1:00 p.m. training session was canceled at 11:26 a.m., despite being confirmed earlier that morning. When I described this as a last-minute cancellation, I received a rude, defensive, and condescending response instead of accountability. There also appeared to be no meaningful escalation process. My onboarding contact was also the head of sales and account management—and handled the complaint about his own conduct. It saves so much work, and its templates give your sites a professional advantage. It was great to find software like this that works with eBay and Facebook's eBay integration at the same time. As a former Shopify user, I wish I knew about this product a couple of years ago. I also really like the 3dsellers web site I was able to create, which looks even better than my eBay Store, yet interfaces with it. > > **Inconvénients**: Some of the product's many features have somewhat of a learning curve, and you most definitely need to read the support documentation available to use these features more efficiently.
