There are so many tools available for you to track, follow-up, and maintain your relationships with you FB business page followers. They offer premium customer support via chat and email.

> **Inconvénients**: The biggest con for me is on me not them. The technology is new to me and is overwhelming, but they offer step-by-step tutorials and premium support. The only other thing is the 7-day trial. Because this is new technology most people aren't going to be able to see the features of the product working in just 7 days.

> **Avantages**: With the proliferation of chat bots, of which I have most, i approached MSGHero with an open mind since I already owned and liked a previous app. MSG Hero shines in the flexibility in creating funnels, as simple or as complex as you want to go. It has a lot of polish from a coding perspective which makes it very intuitive and flexible. Additionally, with all the knee-jerk reactions across social media sites, Facebook notwithstanding, the support was world-class. Response time was exceptional and I was informed in detail about what Facebook was doing and what MSGHero was doing in response.
