ShipThis understands the general procedure of moving goods from A to B, with everything in between and has developed their product to logically flow with cargo movements. The adaptability and admin controlled flexibility of the system allows us to easily tweak and tailer processes to fit exactly with our intricate requirements.

> **Avantages**: As a daily user of this software, the best features would be its ease of use when searching, updating and customization of table layout of files according to user's preference and different functions which is a distinct edge from other software which requires complex operations.  Also, the availability of graphic representations of shipment status provide instant details for easy daily monitoring is a good advantage.

> **Inconvénients**: Although it doesn't affect the operation, the sudden glitches like appearance of "system errors" that occurs randomly is a bit of an annoyance.

> **Inconvénients**: We are very happy with the software however, our experience would be elevated if the search option in the Warehouse Receipt Menu would allow us to type one word and all warehouse receipts containing that word would display.  Example, search "bleach" and all warehouse receipts would be shown.

> Overall, we are very happy with Shipthis.  We have a good rapport with the staff, any issues are addressed swiftly.  The software enables us to keep excellent track of our customers' packages, to keep our customers informed and to keep us organized.
