They're customer service is really good, and they set up a meeting time to provide different demos to show you how it all works. The best part is that Forcura links with your EMR system, making tasks like Order Management/Referral attachment and other data entry aspects of the job smooth and easy. They use a barcode system on top of each document that helps connect that document to the appropriate client/patient. > > **Inconvénients**: I've been using Forcura for about 4 years now, and the only negative aspect that I've found so far is that if the bar code is not appropriately place on top of the document, it will send the document to "Inbound" where the user will have to manually grab it from that buck it and archive it into the correct patient. > > One of the benefits is that Forcura has cut the time spent in Orders Processing.
