> **Avantages**: When it worked it worked OK but the pros were not enough to outweigh the cons - they really made a huge mistake and it severley impacted my client delivery and customer service process.

> **Inconvénients**: I experienced an issue and reached out to the team for weeks to try to get it resolved. I have emails that go out to my clients every single week in a scheduled fashion and for whatever reason, the TO emails were getting deleted. 

After trouble shooting several things - the team even admitted this was a problem they were experiencing. When I reached out for help - not only did they take days to get back to me - but when I explained that this was causing customer service issues in my business and that I wanted a refund and to cancel the service - they canceled my service but denied my refund. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in dealing with a software company when things were clearly their fault.

I went to boomerang instead - not only is it FREE but it works perfectly\!

> **Avantages**: I'm shocked by how much Right Inbox is updating their product. I use it for the basic features of scheduling emails, setting reminders, etc. and was thinking about dropping it after Gmail made all their updates, but then Right Inbox came out with a whole slew of new features that are so incredibly useful.

What I like most about Right Inbox is how intuitive it is to use. There's no "onboarding" time needed, I just installed it and immediately felt like a power user.

> **Inconvénients**: Some of their features are overkill. They have one that expands links with an image and all this nonsense every time you add a link to an email. But you can turn that off, along with other features you're not using that are getting in the way. It was really annoying when it started but their support is helpful and it's super easy to turn stuff off.

> Loving the tool so far. The extension integrates seamlessly into my Gmail compose window. Email tracking and email templates have been huge timesavers for me with my outreach efforts. I have 10 different templates that I switch between regularly depending on my cold outreach. Knowing who has opened your email and when it pretty cool as well.  It has a lot of features that I haven't needed to use yet but for the price it's a bargain. I'm using it for both my professional and personal email accounts.
