> **Avantages**: It's both user and admin friendly. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] members found the interface to be easy to navigate, which is very important to us. The support team has been helpful and the training was self-paced and easy to follow.

> **Inconvénients**: The permissions settings are great, but as an admin you do have to be conscious that you basically have to set up permissions for everything you add to OnBoard. It takes time to get used to this.

> Our experience has been great. The implementation period and building out the site was fairly simple, the training was easy to follow, and OnBoard staff ensured we were on track before we actually went live with the product. It is user friendly and the board has had a positive experience with it so far.

> **Inconvénients**: It would be better if there was a streamlined way to add past meeting books to the resources section. That's where the meeting archive is collected after being downloaded and imported from the previous board software. As it is, meeting history is divided in two locations. There is also no ideal way to search through the content of past meetings.
