> **Avantages**: The ease of implementing it for all employees within our company. The most positive review from operators is that they can input a work order from their phones. They love that they no longer have to have their supervisor enter it.

> **Inconvénients**: The web page is not automatically updated when left open all day.  I prefer to have the easiest, no thought processes, in the tools I use.  I am not a fan of it not being refreshed when I get to my desk

> I am very pleased with MaintainX. There has not been one concern I have had. Once the work order requester was available to all operators, the communication between operators and maintenance techs opened immediately. Our downtime tracking for our KPI's became more accurate the moment it was implemented.

We manufacture in multiple locations while using similar assets, so currently we have to duplicate parts to allow for inventory tracking of one part in multiple locations.

It helps align procurement with maintenance teams to achieve company goals while promoting communication and clarity between two departments that are often at odds with each other.

> **Inconvénients**: The frustrations I experience with the program are not so much focused within the program itself; more so in that support and focus on development of the purchase orders and inventory modules is slower/not as high of a priority as the more maintenance focused modules, like work orders.

> Our previous system pales in comparison to Maintain X- managing orders, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships in one system with live ordering and receiving capabilities has not only made my work flow more efficient- it has solidified and the relationships between procurement and maintenance within our organization.
