> **Avantages**: Attentive is a best in class SMS software and we expanded into using their email software as well about 8 months ago. They also offer excellent customer support and account management strategy. Their team has always been very supportive of helping us grow.

> **Inconvénients**: The Attentive team has worked closely with me anytime I have an issue or feature we are seeking. They're constantly deploying new features to stay ahead of the latest technology. So there really isn't anything I dislike about Attentive.

> Overall, I would highly recommend Attentive as a comprehensive software for email and SMS marketing. I love having both email/SMS under one roof because it gives us more flexibility to segment and identify how our customers prefer to be contacted and increase engagement.

And when building campaigns, you have an AI block that helps you come up with more creative language.

Since we don't have a developer in-house this was an additional cost to us that we didn't forsee. I was not impressed with the email platform in comparison to Klaviyo which we've used for 10+ years.

> Excellent\! It is great for a small business like ours and the scheduling and analytics are extremely helpful. The app itself doesn't require consistent attention outside of that as long as you have your flows set up correctly.
