You can choose recommended options for "All servers" "Streaming" or "Torrents". You can see the signal strength for each server and select the fastest one for your preference. There's a lot to choose from too. If you want to stream something that's specific to your country while you are on vacation or you're back from a vacation from some foreign country where you liked some show that cannot be streamed from your country, you can just trust KeepSolid to help you. There are streaming specific server recommendations. There's a ping test to check the response times too. For those who aren't sure about which server to use for best results, there's an automatic selection. The optimal server would give you the best performance. But of course if you want some specific server, you can always choose those. And there are regular updates which is always welcome when they are not broken like windows updates... > > **Inconvénients**: What I found most annoying wasn't the speed drop. It was the fact that some of the servers were banned in many a website. And the customer service isn't all that great. The regular updates have improved the performance from being rather slow (when compared to avira phantom VPN and cyberghost) to being good enough but has got room for improvement. Another problem that should be mentioned is that sometimes it takes some time to get connected and sometimes it gets disconnected for no good reason. > > The experience was not satisfying at first and there are better options. The private server option for a static IP is also incredibly affordable and runs very well. User management is very easy as well, only one complaint about removing idle users (see below). Customer service is very responsive and accommodating. > > **Inconvénients**: The updates notifications are sometimes glitchy - I've had cases where I need to update but I'm actually unable to and have to instead uninstall and reinstall the application entirely. I also don't like the limit for removing users to 1 per week - I can understand limiting it, but I think that it can be more lenient. I also don't like that a desktop app and chrome extension installed on the same machine count as 2 separate users (even though it's clearly only one machine).
