> **Avantages**: Lamapoll is an easy-to-use survey tool. Creating a survey is self-explanatory. You don't have to spend a long time learning the ropes. The number of participants per survey in the basic version with 500 participants per survey was more than sufficient for our purposes.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Many features are only accessible by upgrading to the Basic version, such as the use of Captcha. It is annoying that you can remove Lamapoll's branding only from the platinum version. For us as a non-profit organization, the software was simply far too expensive in the long run.

> **Inconvénients**: Ein Nachteil wurde uns von Nutzern geschildert, das sie die eingetragenen Inhalte nicht speichern konnten, sondern sie mussten in "einem Rutsch" alle Felder ausfüllen und abschicken.

> Besonders das Lamapoll-AccountingTeam war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr Kundenfreundlich und Kulant bei Fragen der Rechnungslegung.

> **Avantages**: Sehr übersichtliches Umfragetool mit sehr einfacher Erstellung der Fragen. Die Templates für Fragen sind vielseitig und einfach umsetzbar.

> **Inconvénients**: Die Auswertung der Antworten bedarf einiges an Übung, da dies nicht sehr intuitiv ist, der Support hilft hier aber schnell und unkompliziert weiter.
