They provide ample options for design, making sure your chatbot box truly looks like it's part of your site and not a third-party product that you've happened to purchase access to. With access to analytics and chat logs, I have a better understanding of prospect's intentions. > > **Inconvénients**: There are a LOT of choices and options to make the most of your chatbox. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but once you have a clear idea of what your chatbot(s) are supposed to do, it get's easier over time to set up each option and condition. > > Am so glad I chose Ideta over the more trendier options in chatbot technology.
