I understand this and it actually makes it very individualized once it is actually set up. Customer support is really bad. I had to call 4 times within several hours one day to get help. The system wasn't recognizing my email address to log in. I had clients and was unable to use the system for the majority of the day. The next time I asked for customer support, I didn't get a call back at all. I was told would get a call within 1 hour. No call. I had a question about how to change some information that was mistakenly documented on the wrong appointment. They are also very proactive at fixing issues when they do occur. > > **Inconvénients**: There are a couple integration items that I'd like to see changed, such as insurance payments through the RCM system being reflected in the EHR system without a team member having to manually apply it. But the pros outweigh the cons, and we have good workarounds. > > We have been using Remedly for a year and a half now, and overall I am very happy with the system. It's robust enough to fit our needs, but not overly complicated like some other systems are. As a smaller practice, this was an important point for us, because we don't need the same heft in our system as a large hospital.
