> **Avantages**: The most important part of this software is how customizable and how much support you get with it. There is a 1/1 support when you need it. The software has allowed me to track where my orders are at all times and allowed me to invoice my clients and get paid a lot faster. I can now come back to the office the following day and know exactly where I left off yesterday.

> **Inconvénients**: I have been working with support to implement certain aspects of what I need for my business so I can't say I dislike anything. Adding products is probably the most time consuming part of the software, but luckily their support allows me to ask them what I need and they help me with it.

> **Avantages**: InfoFlo Print is highly customizable unlike a lot of products out there. This has allowed us utilize InfoFlo print to manage all the aspects of our business. Additionally, we can manage payments and collect money up front. This system makes it easy to send an invoice and for customers to pay it online.

> **Inconvénients**: InfoFlo Print is Highly customizable. I say this is a Con because it really can do anything but it is easy to overthink it and get caught up in trying to make this program do more than it should or needs to. Using conditional logic to build products is great when it is done but setting the products up can be timely and difficult.

> Overall, InfoFlo Print has been a good solution for a shop that was managing it's print, prom, wide format, and mail with 4 different programs. It has really pulled our business together. While it has been a lengthy process to get set up and get going, I would 100% go this route again if I had it to do over and knowing what I know now.
