Their pricing and user interface is also unmatched; they are incredibly affordable and the intuitive design of the admin interface requires little to no onboarding for new admin users. I can't tell you how many feedback platforms I found on the market that offer a "simple form builders" that are inflexible in the prebuilt functionality they want you to use. I found simple things like including CAPTCHA, or a single checkbox field to be "customizations" that in some cases could be added for a fee, but in some cases simply weren't an option. I also found that many other feedback platforms were stiff in their installations. Many required that the surveys appear as an expandable feedback tab, or as a survey over multiple page refreshes, with a single question on each page. Finding a simple in-page embed of a feedback form into our site could only be produced in the way we wanted it to with Doorbell. > > **Inconvénients**: We haven't anything that we haven't liked about this platform yet. > > We've had a very positive experience.
