I’ve spoken to 3 people there including \[sensitive content hidden\] to cancel this account. We signed up for a two-year term but after switching softwares we can no longer use them. Nothing in our agreement says we can’t cancel before the term ends and yet they continue charging our card. We keep disputing and getting our funds back but no one there will listen and just stop charging our card. Do not trust this company. They are a knockoff of Dentrix Patient Engage and the records don't pull seamlessly.
