So simple that the plant management team were reluctant to accept the system into daily use and requested that the old system be left online for several months. As it turned out AGW was assimilated into the plant quickly and the old system was finally terminated based on the flawless implementation and user acceptance and system stability. > > The plant team has requested minor updates to the application which were easily deployed by the Olsom team. Flexibility of the application and ease of change implementation make any user requests easy to deploy in a short amount of time. Additionally, the stability of the application is awesome and easy to administer. Very little effort is necessary to support the system once implemented. The main effort is adding new users or resources to the system.
