I also like the paperclip feature, where invoices are digitally "paper clipped" to purchase orders when invoices are entered onto the system by accounts payable. This makes it very easy to view relevant invoices when trying to understand costs incurred in a given period. > > **Inconvénients**: Given the cloud based nature of the product, it tends to time out after 3-5 minutes of inactivity for security reasons, which is incredibly annoying when there is a requirement to re-login. However it does resume your session where it was left of.As frustrating as it is, its also understandable why it is in place. > > Overall I am relatively happy with the software and its functionality. We were impressed by the reporting capabilities which we are looking forward to developing. There are improvements that could be made to make it easier to use.
