Their system tried to charge my card every few minutes for days—flooding my inbox with over 200 emails and nearly destroying my access to business funds. Support took days to reply and provided no explanation. They refused to credit or waive the invoice and offered no assurance that it wouldn’t happen again. On top of that, Matterport is now relying on AI to generate floor plans, and it’s not ready. Every single floor plan I received had issues, despite perfect input on my end. I’ve since switched to iGUIDE. I no longer trust Matterport with my money, my clients, or my business.
