Unable to cancel online--they make it difficult to end service with them. > > FWIW, I am an experienced realtor and have a background in professional photography and videography. As a realtor, I have created more virtual tours than I could count off hand. I thought I would give them a try after a recommendation from a colleague. A few hours after creating the tour, the link went dead. It was dead for about 18 hours. It was opening weekend for this listing, which was especially unacceptable. Then, they sent me the dollhouse which had many pieces of furniture that were bleeding onto the floors and wall. Their response to my requested corrections was that my camera wasn't high enough resolution and I didn't take enough photos. I believe there were about 35 photos on a 2600sf house. The house's layout was nothing unusual; was a typical late 90's suburban home. I use an Insta360 1-inch and the quality is really decent--I have used 4 different 360 cameras and like that one the best for the money. I have never had this issue with Matterport or Asteroom. After the link went dead, I created another tour with Matterport, using the exact same photos given that Cloudpano was unreliable. There was no issue with the dollhouse or tour in Matterport. Despite asking cloupano three times for an explanation about the link being dead, they ignored the question. They said they would give me a refund. It's been about 6 weeks and not only have I not received a refund, they are still billing me. As such, I decided to leave a review they have well earned. As a parting note, they are still reaching out to sell me their products despite all of this. Numerous times I have told the sales person what has transpired and they say they have made a note and it will be rectified...obviously not. Called them again today, but apparently they close before 4pm MST. Waste of time and money dealing with Cloudpano.
