It keeps everything organized in one place, so it’s easy to track tasks, coordinate with cleaners and vendors, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. > > **Inconvénients**: One downside is that tasks can feel a bit limited. It would be really helpful to have subtasks within a task to better organize more detailed workflows. Also, the search function could be improved, right now you can only search by title, so it’s hard to find things based on descriptions or comments, which slows things down at times. > > Overall, Breezeway has been amazing for our operations. It’s essentially where our company “lives” , if it’s not in Breezeway, it doesn’t exist. Everything runs through it, from task management to coordinating with cleaners and vendors. It’s also very easy to use for both admins and cleaners, which makes onboarding and day-to-day execution much smoother. Their customer support has been great as well, always responsive and ready to help when needed. For the value you get, the pricing is very reasonable. Overall the functionality is okay. We like being able to create property specific checklists with reference photos and similar details. > > **Inconvénients**: Their support isn't really focused on actually supporting you, in my opinion. I didn't feel like they were helping us much. This might be a completely subjective or isolated experience, but it's ours. The Success Manager allocated to our account is quite slow at replying, and when we asked for help on billing, the responses felt robotic with very little personal touch. The onboarding process is extremely heavy; at least it was for us, with only 45 properties. It takes a lot of time to onboard each property individually. The most frustrating part is that you start getting charged from day one, even if you don't go live for months or the onboarding itself takes months. In our case we ended up paying over £1,000 for a product we weren't actually using until we went live. Not something I was thrilled about. When I asked for our account to be billed from the point we actually started using the platform, the request was ignored or delayed for quite a while before a one-month refund was eventually approved as "a gesture of goodwill". The platform has a few limitations, the biggest being that it doesn't fully integrate with our PMS. Functionality around bulk edits, bulk actions and anything at scale is also limited, which adds a fair bit of manual work for our team. In the eight months since we joined, we haven't seen any updates or new features launched, or at least we weren't made aware of any. So I'm not sure how focused they are on developing the product. No history tracking in regard to who put what in when it comes to the property information. We have had some issues with details coming up missing.
