Great Staff and they are always upgrading the system. There are many automations within the system that make it so much easier to gather data. > > **Inconvénients**: It's not really a con but the length of time it takes to get a new feature added - I understand because there is a lot of coding that goes into the change. When you have an automation like this system does you really have to take your time when changes/upgrades are made. I know the dislike of supporting Account Reps but when it comes to our accounts, we dabble in everything so it would be nice to be able to sort accounts by Account Reps and Types of accounts - I know that is more Marketing but certain accounts do certain types of tests so if we have a warning or notice to that group of accounts that we need to get out it would be a nice feature to just send to those accounts rather than to accounts that it doesn't affect. I think also a note section that when a provider is submitting an order and they want to leave us a note with that order, that would be awesome. > > Excellent.
