No need for extensive training. It lives directly within Gmail, no need to switch to a different tab to organize things. We can interact with it right when we are processing our email. It is configurable, we can keep it as simple as we need or add status or fields as required. It integrates with zapier so we can create task from other sources and we can update other sources when a certain action happens within Yanado. At the moment there are a few integrations but only zapier has the ability to receive triggers from yanado. Unless I'm missing something.
