> **Avantages**: We love every in app interaction, particularly banners, sliders, and tours. We also really like the engagement and survey analytics available. Overall, this is a fantastic solution that will help you serve your client base more effectively.

> **Inconvénients**: PX might be challenging to learn and master. It took us a while to master the product mapper and some of the other analytical tools. And we are still learning with the tutorials to gain insight on other/new ways the product can be used.
> 
> Being provided with more knowledge about our customer's behaviour is a fundamental strategic tool to 
understand our successes but also our failures. Gainsight PX helped us identify and map low engagement by customers, which translates into determining where customers needed assistance and what features must be improved.

We work with higher education institutions, and we're able to see overall who is logging into the platform and who is using it through Gainsight PX. It helps us to find clients who aren't using the product so we can be proactive to help them\!

> **Inconvénients**: Gainsight is not super user friendly, and I wish it was easier to export data. Seeing users and such is great, but sometimes I just want a monthly email of the total users for a platform. That may be a thing that's available, but I haven't been able to figure it out on my own. I'm also just the end user, not the owner of the software.

> The more I find in Gainsight PX, the more satisfaction I get\! I'm able to truly help our clients. The only thing is - I don't like having to find it.
