If we encounter issues, they are fixed quickly. > > **Inconvénients**: I was told it would interface with Quickbooks which would save me hours of work each week, which was one main reason we had to develop the program. It does not work with Quickbooks and I've been told that wasn't a priority when developing the software. I feel that we didn't get what we wanted. To be fair, it's possible that wasn't communicated to the developer as a priority as a third party directed the developer. Since we have brought it up, nothing has been done to move in that direction.
