> **Avantages**: We love the ease of use, the editable geofence, the ability to schedule guards easily, and open up new job sites and get guards set up.

> **Inconvénients**: Probably one of the most important things that it lacks is that we cannot really do parking management. For instance, if you needed to document a license plate during a report, you cannot look up that info based on the license plate. You may need to see prior violations in the past but you can't do this. But, the rest of the app makes up for some of this.

> We love dealing with Novagems, especially \[sensitive content hidden\] They have always surprised us with their customer support and Novagems helps us in the current market stage that we are in.
