> **Avantages**: The system allows us to operate a paperless, trackable process for management of our health and safety. It gives up to date information on who has completed and actioned certain tasks and allows me to have a true overview of the progress being made by my employees.

> **Inconvénients**: Crams have been great at implementing changes to the system following our feedback, adding additional . reporting tools etc

> The abilty to remotely track progress and allow us to work towards becoming a paperless business has allowed us to understand the health and safety needs of our employees giving them an opportunity to ask questions make suggestions and improve our health and safety compliance across our estate. 

Real time uploads means that we can react quickly to current concerns and surroundings should the need arrise.

CRAMS allows us to manage all our health and safety processes in one place, saving us both time and money. The software has allowed us to streamline our risk assessments and method statements, maintain and refresh staff training at regular intervals, with helpful reminders being sent and ensure all our data sheets are current; which is extremely important to us as a company, dealing with chemicals on a daily basis.

> **Inconvénients**: CRAMS has so many fantastic features, that I don't feel we utilise it to it's full potential at the moment.

> Our overall experience of CRAMS has been fantastic. The software ticks all the boxes for our needs, whilst saving us time and money. The staff are friendly and helpful, if we ever have any queries these are dealt with promptly.

> **Avantages**: I really appreciate how we can build our own method statements and be clear on how works should be carried out for everyone.  More importantly though is the capability to direct staff to training based on role.  That provides me as the MD with reassurance that everyone who does a certain role has had the training and is competent to carry out the works.

> **Inconvénients**: IT wasnt always clear how to implement the system.  With one of their key staff members going on leave we felt a bit vulnerable.  Perhaps formal training and sign off by CRAMS should be undertaken so that we are competant.

> Very good.  Its presentation to clients is great for tenders and supporting bids as they information branded with our colours and log looks very professional.
