We are a local media provider and publish scores of stories every day. We had given up on commenting and live chats because of limited time available to moderate those conversations, but the AI and human moderation offered by Viafoura has made this a viable option for us again. We still review the user comments each day but without this proactive moderation offered by Viafoura, we wouldn't have moved forward. Also, the AI seems to become smarter over time as we manually override its choices. > > **Inconvénients**: Early in the deployment the AI moderation was still learning and more local moderation was needed. But in the past few months we have been able to scale back the time we devote to moderation.
