I was comparing platforms and sent ViralSweep and a competitor an email asking questions about their platform and ViralSweep answered me back within minutes. I was able to go back and forth with them for about an hour and by the end, I didn't care to hear back from the other company. This incredible service continues. If I ask a question through "chat" within normal business hours I will have a response almost immediatly (sometimes even after hours\!).
