> **Avantages**: The ease of use for our parking attendants was ideal as these are not full time workers that we have an opportunity to train.  The integration with our ticketing system was a must along with ability to use cellular to verify scans.

> **Inconvénients**: I'd like the battery life to work a little better since we often have attendances in lot for 12+ hours.  I also would like to see scan data be able to be uploaded or integrated with our ticketing provider to report off what accounts are utilizing their prepaid pass.

> The customer support has been great.  While we don't often have issues, if I do have an issue (even if during event) support is able to assist quickly.  The ability to use wireless is paramount to our operation since we do not have access to wireless infrastructure in our lots.
