It is super focused on commercial applications and has been wonderfully designed to notify for renewals, CPI increases, and generally lease management. I wish it had some more flexibility in reporting - but exporting info is easy and the pros simply far outweigh the cons. The software automates a lot of the tracking we've been doing on spreadsheets and helps avoid user error as well as saving a lot of time. The knowledge base is quite thorough and has a lot of detailed instructions on how to do certain tasks, which is helpful when they don't feel intuitive to any specific user. > > **Inconvénients**: Some steps feel unintuitive. Data has to be input in a specific order, and if you start at the wrong step you are continually redirected. (E.g., to enter a "lease", you must have already created a "tenant", and to create a "tenant" you must have already created a "contact". Personally I find this a bit clunky, though it's worth saying I've never used a similar software that I didn't have similar issues with, and so I don't consider it a major con. > > I like this software. I work with an asset management team and we primarily use it to assist with tracking our units, leases and rent payments, and have had some success using the tenant portal feature). I can see how much more functional it could be over time as my team fully integrates its potential uses into our daily routines.
