The capabilities of the software continue to surprise me. While I often need the help of their amazing support team to implement new settings and configurations, once they show me how to do something, it's super easy to learn and maintain from there. > > **Inconvénients**: My only complaint with Onport is that you're charged based on \# of SKUs connected with your suppliers which is frustrating because it's easiest for us to just import our Suppliers entire catalogs and then only publish to our store whatever products we want however this tends to put us over our SKU limit and flags us as a higher tier pricing package even though we aren't using those skus at all. I wish they would base their pricing on order volume and published skus. > > I've had a great experience with Onport. It was 5x the price of what we were paying for before but it has been worth every penny and has allowed us to attract larger, more sophisticated suppliers which has been great. Their support team is phenomenal (especially Filipa\!\!) and not only helped us get up and running quickly but also have supported us immensely beyond the onboarding phase.
