> **Avantages**: Could potentially be useful in some cases, but I wouldn't risk using them with the kind of support they have right now.

> **Inconvénients**: Horrendous support. Guy called \[sensitive content hidden\] goes on ego trips to just to try to show you who's boss. God forbid you disagree with him on something. My experience with the tool sucked and I had a 1-year subscription with them. I asked for a refund on day 1 of the subscription (even asked them to subtract all my trial usage) and they refused—blatant theft.

The guy \[sensitive content hidden\] they have handling things will be a chargeback magnet and will end this company if things continue like that. Last time I did a chargeback was so, so, so long ago that I had to figure out how to do it all over. They're that bad and left a bad enough taste in my mouth that I felt I needed to share this on every review platform on the planet. 

\[sensitive content hidden\] seem like reasonable people but they refuse to overrule this guy and he absolutely has no business running a company for sure.
