I also had a great experience in getting quick vouchers from different service providers, which helped me in buying the required product in no time.

> **Avantages**: It's been months since the last time I accessed Total Rewards so I consider the new look and enhancements as fairly recent to my eyes when I used it again 2 weeks ago.  It was amazing how it became even more user-friendly with the search parameter, it used to be just a silent wish before so imagine my shock seeing it.  I also find an increased performance navigating from one section to another, and that was a big plus.

> **Inconvénients**: None that I can think of, because even contacting the Support team for inquiries or questions was very easy.

> I am very satisfied with with Total Rewards and will keep using it to give credit where credit is due :)
