Used VoIP.ms back then, even stuck with them through the DDoS attacks that took them down for weeks and cost me a lot of money. Came back recently after a few years out of the industry because I trusted them. Big mistake. Scaled up an outbound operation, one subaccount got flagged — fine, I get it, fraud systems exist for a reason. Responded to their team same day, explained everything, they acknowledged it and asked follow-up questions. Normal process. While that ticket was still open they cancelled everything. Every number. Every client line. Weekend. No email. No warning. Gone. I've dealt with a lot of carriers over the years. This is the first time one has pulled the rug mid-conversation while I was actively cooperating with them. FCC complaint filed.
