> **Avantages**: I like how easy it is to procure a new DID / Local Number. They often have numbers in stock for my rural location or they can procure one within a few days. It is also much cheaper to purchase a DID from here than other competitors.

> **Inconvénients**: Their documentation is often a bit lacking or out of date. It's not usually a huge problem but it does create some frustration at times.

> Overall my experience with VoIP.ms has been good. Their products do pretty much anything a small business needs without necessarily needing to have a full PBX onsite or in the cloud. It works well.

Used VoIP.ms back then, even stuck with them through the DDoS attacks that took them down for weeks and cost me a lot of money. Came back recently after a few years out of the industry because I trusted them.&#10;&#10;Big mistake. Scaled up an outbound operation, one subaccount got flagged — fine, I get it, fraud systems exist for a reason. Responded to their team same day, explained everything, they acknowledged it and asked follow-up questions. Normal process. While that ticket was still open they cancelled everything. Every number. Every client line. Weekend. No email. No warning. Gone.&#10;&#10;I've dealt with a lot of carriers over the years. This is the first time one has pulled the rug mid-conversation while I was actively cooperating with them. FCC complaint filed. Learn from my mistake.
