When I tried to cancel my contract on the day of renewal it was impossible to reach a person and the automated chats did not provide real service to resolve my issue nor help me with cancellation information. This I was charged for another year long subscription I did not want. > > **Inconvénients**: Paperbell does not provide advance notice of automatic renewals. When you attempt to discontinue service it is impossible to make contact with a real person who can help you. Emails and online AI chats are all I received for customer service. > > Overall the product was as advertised. The customer service while attempting to discontinue my service was non-existent. I would not recommend this company for anyone starting out especially if you decide to discontinue service. Plan ahead and start the cancellation of service in advance.
