> **Avantages**: These guys have been great to work with. We use it in our product many times per day for a bunch of uses and I also test using their ui. I can't ever remember having an issue and the customer service is superb

In order to fulfill this requirement, I had to integrate multiple API's since each API was only reliable in certain use cases - until ConvertAPI.ConvertAPI has handled all of the use cases with ease - Pdf repair, Pdf optimization, Eml to Pdf, ocr... and many more.  Now I can streamline my integration and just use one API - ConvertAPI - for this requirement.It is easy to connect to and has the added benefit of temporary file storage, simplifying the ability to do multiple tasks efficiently.Highly recommend\!

> **Inconvénients**: I signed up for the free trial which states you get 250 one-time conversions on their website. After 23 conversions, my account was ended and I was told I needed to upgrade to a paid plan. There was absolutely 0 mention of a time limit on the free plan when signing up.

I ended up switching my project to a competing service that offered the same services for a fraction of the price.

> Overall my experience was very negative. I would not recommend doing business with a company that doesn't put the terms or limitations of their plan upfront. It was a massive shock to me to come in on a Monday to find no conversions had happened all weekend when I had only used 23/250 of my free credits.
