> **Avantages**: The marketing automation is like having an in house marketing person/team whose sole purpose is follow up.  Once the contact is entered and the process is initiated your sales force can focus on immediate closings while the software builds a future pipeline for them.  It really helps with retention too as it touches your clients periodically to maintain contact and gauge satisfaction.

> **Inconvénients**: Setting up the initial automations was difficult until we upgraded to the support package and engaged their team.  Now we can easily edit the existing automations we created with their help, but that was the most challenging aspect of the setup and transition.
> 
> Excellent\!   \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], the automations specialist we worked with, was outstanding and very responsive.  The automations have allowed the sales team to focus on actual sales closings without sacrificing their pipelines, and to date our revenues per sales person are up almost 100%.

She was amazing for the intro and I’m looking forward to Monday for full integration\! I was a little intimidated but she put me at ease and shared the advantage of working with GOCRM\! I’m excited to hit the ground running and use this amazing system\!
