They convince you to let them "take care of the domain" by buying it themselves through GoDaddy for less than $20 per year, then when you want to get access to your domain, they charge a $125 fee along with making you pay to make your account active (another $50). I have been building websites for over 10 years, and when a client wanted to swap to my service, they held the client's domain hostage until they were paid the $175.
